Our Food & Beverage Attendants must possess exceptional customer service skills. The primary responsibility is to deliver first-class service to our patrons, ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Heath Department Regulations, while aligning with our Mission, Vision, and Values.Key responsibilities include:Adhering to the centre''s food safety planEnsuring all cleaning and maintenance meet quality standardsProviding excellent customer serviceMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafReplenishing condiments as neededFollowing health and safety guidelinesHandling cashier duties, including taking orders and managing cashApplying sound cash handling principles and operating POS systemsPromoting the centres services and programsDeveloping good relations with patronsProviding information on products, including healthy food optionsWorking mornings, evenings, and weekends, with hours increasing during peak periodsSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work styleBarista skills and coffee making experienceFlexibility during peak periodsFood Services Assistant or Food Safety Supervisor QualificationRSA CertificateCurrent First Aid (Level 2) & CPRPolice Check and Working with Children CheckLegal right to work in AustraliaIf you are interested, please submit your application.
