Your Role Supporting & Encouraging Growth: At Lutheran Services, we are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to provide flexible, person-centered support to individuals living with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will: Provide flexible support tailored to client needs and preferences. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence. Encourage community participation and social engagement for individuals. Support skill development and independence-building activities. Work collaboratively with case managers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions. What You Bring to the Team: Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care. A strong passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families. Flexibility to work within a structured fortnightly schedule. A valid Queensland Drivers Licence.
