Based at our Belconnen site and working across the region, you will assist people with disabilities and barriers to achieve employment goals. Your responsibilities will include:Deliver personalized support tailored to individual requirements and employment goalsMarket participants to prospective employers, source employment opportunities, and assist with job search activitiesRefer job seekers to internal and external services for assistance and trainingProvide ongoing support to working participants and their employersMaintain high volume of computer-based administration in accordance with compliance frameworksAbout youAbility to communicate effectively with various stakeholders through multiple methodsProactive problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to overcome objectionsExperience in achieving performance targets in fast-paced environmentsStrong computer literacy and confidence navigating complex internal systemsWillingness to complete required training under a government frameworkMust hold a Driver''s license and a Working with Children Check or equivalent, or be willing to apply for oneApplicants will be required to undertake a police check; a criminal history does not disqualifyIndustry experience is not necessary.
