Job Title: Manufacturing & Packaging TechnicianLocation: BendigoAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our Pack Hall team. This position has become available following a recent team change and offers a unique opportunity to contribute across both Packaging and Manufacturing functions.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting animal health product production, working cross-functionally in a clean, regulated environment. While the primary focus of this role will be within Packaging, there is an expectation of adaptability to support Manufacturing as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Duties:Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production outlinesPrepare and operate packaging machinery and related equipmentPerform routine operational cleaning and ensure equipment is fit for purposeWear appropriate gowning and follow cleanroom protocolsEngage in manual handling tasks and operate with fine motor skillsPerform SAP transactions related to manufacturing (if required)Read and interpret labels and documents with small printCollaborate with cross-functional departments as neededMaintain excellent housekeeping and compliance with quality standardsLift up to 25kg intermittently and stand for up to 2 hours during rotationManufacturing Duties:Prepare materials and equipment for production processesWork in cleanroom environmentsOperate filling and packing machinesBlend and fill animal vaccinesPrepare and filter mediaGrow viral or bacterial antigensKeep accurate records and documentationContribute positively as part of a high-performing teamAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:A strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures preciselyGood mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsA team-focused attitude with the ability to work independentlyFlexibility and willingness to work across both Packaging and Manufacturing functionsPhysical capability to perform manual tasks, lifting, and standing as requiredCharles LeeDelivery ConsultantManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
