We are responsible for influencing key business decisions that support scalability and industry-leading performance in AMZL Operations. Our goal is to elevate customer experience by reducing costs and supporting rapid growth. We drive innovation at the operational level, prioritize technology initiatives, and support engineering design innovations.This role specifically focuses on the Standards Program within the GBSA team. As part of the global standards SME network, regional Standards SMEs manage localization efforts and stakeholder engagement to optimize operational performance aligned with network goals.Success in this role requires the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple regions, work independently as a proactive program leader, and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
