Robust process improvement and development leverage delivery station and driver capacities that are critical to accomplishing that scale, all while delivering a world-class customer experience.The Global Benchmarking, Standards, and Audit (GBSA) team leads in defining, implementing, measuring, and improving standard work processes that will enhance customer experience and performance within Amazon''s delivery station network. We are responsible for influencing key business decisions that support scalability and industry-leading performance in AMZL Operations. Our goal is to elevate customer experience by reducing costs and supporting rapid growth. We drive innovation at the operational level, prioritize technology initiatives, and support engineering design innovations.This role specifically focuses on the Standards Program within the GBSA team. As part of the global standards SME network, regional Standards SMEs manage localization efforts and stakeholder engagement to optimize operational performance aligned with network goals.Success in this role requires the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple regions, work independently as a proactive program leader, and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams on complex logistics issues, managing ambiguity, and advocating for customer needs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted intermediary between global teams and local operations to facilitate effective adoption of global standards.Act as a gatekeeper for Change Management within assigned process areas.Advocate for regional AMZL interests in global standards discussions.Support process improvements, share best practices, and promote standardization across Amazon Logistics using LEAN principles.Establish and measure standard work rates for labor and capacity planning.Provide metrics to ensure compliance and drive improvements in cost and quality.Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Learning, Tech, Operations Engineering, and DS Launch SME teams to standardize core processes supporting network growth and scalability.About the TeamOur mission is to scale world-class processes globally, identifying, propagating, and measuring the adoption of standard work to foster continuous improvement across the WW AMZL network.
