About the role This Administration Officer Compliance role is responsible for providing administrative functions, assistance, and support to the Development and Asset Assurance Unit, primarily focusing on enforcement administration requirements. Responsibilities include: Processing applications for, and issuing, permits for works within roads. Assisting with administrative duties across all areas of the Development and Asset Assurance Unit as directed by the Team Leader Development Management and Unit Manager Development and Asset Assurance. Processing and generating requests for purchase orders and account payments in accordance with Council procedures. Providing administrative support for scheduling vehicle crossing inspections. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of customer service. Skills and experience required 2-3 years experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping software. Flexible and adaptable approach to work to meet changing demands. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of infringement or compliance administration processes. Ability to work constructively in a team environment and contribute to a supportive team culture.
