This role is responsible for directing and supervising clinical operations and ensuring the achievement of agency goals related to patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, productivity, and utilization.A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager in Maitland, FL, coordinates and directs a patient''s care within the home setting. They independently manage a caseload of home health patients, requiring advanced assessment, teaching, and decision-making skills.
