Initially reporting to the National Manager People & Culture who is transitioning to retirement, this role will have the following key accountabilities: Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support the Realising our Potential 2030 business strategy and foster a high-performance culture Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and P & C policy interpretation Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to support the delivery of the L & D strategy Work closely with Senior Management to review and further develop a competitive remuneration and benefits framework Provide strategic guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning Lead ad hoc change management initiatives and support the implementation of the remaining modules in SaltWise (HRIS) Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Enterprise Agreement negotiation process and support the National Operations Manager to ensure EA outcomes are aligned to business strategy Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable P & C policies and practices and associated reporting Provide oversight for recruitment processes and interview support for key roles Manage the People & Culture team as part of the transition plan About You You will be a degree qualified and an experienced strategic business partner with an open and personable style that enables you to effectively engage, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
