Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute finance leader to join our growing team as Senior Commercial Finance Manager . This is a pivotal role that partners directly with the Leadership Team and reports to the CFO. As MACSEYE continues to expand, this role is integral to shaping and enabling our financial and strategic direction. You will be a trusted advisor, providing high-quality financial analysis and insights that drive commercial decision-making and organisational performance. Your key responsibilities will include: Stakeholder Partnering & Engagement Act as the primary financial contact for the Leadership Team, delivering insights that translate numbers into strategic action. Partner with and influence stakeholders across the business to support commercial initiatives and long-term planning. Business Planning & Performance Management Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation of the 3-way financial model. Develop tailored forecasting models and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Present performance reports and insights to executive and board-level audiences, identifying risks and opportunities. Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial reporting across the organisation. Strategic Insights & Analysis Build and maintain models to evaluate business performance and potential scenarios. Conduct customer and product profitability analysis and provide insights aligned with brand, market, and industry trends. Play a key role in shaping and refining business strategy through evidence-based recommendations. Commercial Management Evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives and provide commercial insights to support investment decisions. Oversee procurement policies and lead supplier negotiations and contract management. About You You are a commercially minded finance professional with a strong ability to think strategically and act operationally.
