Competitive Salary starting from $122,016 + 14.75% Super 9 day fortnight Administer and coordinate SAP asset data management, ensuring data quality and integrity across the organisation. The opportunity: Work with the Asset Data Specialist and Team Leader to set up and keep an eye on asset management data standards. Make sure the project-related plant maintenance environment stays solid across the state and help key stakeholders use Powerlinks data applications to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. Provide quality control support for data processes to ensure they follow Powerlink Standards and industry best practices. Spot and fix data quality issues. Team up with system coordinators to improve processes and prevent data quality problems. Help develop and enhance information systems, including writing batch programs and programming to automate processes. Develop, manage, and maintain a knowledge base of issues and solutions to support TIS operational activities. Ensure the quality of asset data using enterprise data tools (Alteryx, MS SQL, Tableau, etc.) to maintain and enhance existing analytical solutions and help develop new ones. Build expertise in the asset data space to carry out analytics activities. Create and maintain high-quality documentation describing the solutions created and maintained. Support the program delivery and ongoing support of Digital Engineering as directed. The people you''ll join: Based in Virginia, you will work within the Delivery and Technical Solutions Division, reporting directly to the Team Leader Asset Data Services. What you''ll bring: To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is approachable and communicative, maintains positive open communication and creates/builds strong relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a data entry role or similar position, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, is comfortable working with large volumes of data, has an understanding of SAP or databases, enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and excels in supporting team members to create a welcoming and productive environment. We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable with change. Certificate in technical field or experience working in technical field. Certificate in data analytics or previous experience within data analytics. Exposure to asset management systems highly regarded.
