Must be based in Sydney - Hybrid 3 days in the office Permanent Role - Paying up to $180k + Super About the Role: Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Kotlin/Java Developer to join our Sydney-based team on a permanent basis. In this role, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications, designing robust integration endpoints, and ensuring seamless communication across web services. Youll work across the full development stack, from front-end interfaces to backend logic and databases. What Youll Do: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Kotlin and Java Build and optimize integration endpoints for seamless system communication Work across front end, backend, and database layers Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices Optimize application performance, security, and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) experience is a plus What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in Kotlin and Java development Expertise in web services, integration patterns, and API development Proficiency in Spring Boot framework Strong database experience (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Please apply or reach out to bec.maitland@changerecruitment.com.au Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Airlines and Aviation #J-18808-Ljbffr
