In this critical leadership role, you will ensure our training programs, including the Qantas Engineering Academy and Apprentice Program, align with our strategic objectives. Youll partner with Aviation Australia and other providers to deliver innovative, industry-leading training solutions that support the future of aviation.Key Responsibilities:Lead supplier performance and ensure world-class training delivery.Shape the future of aviation training with strategic vision and innovation.To be successful, you will have:10+ years of experience in aviation, with strong operational expertise desired.Proven ability to deliver both functional (BAU) activities and complex projects across diverse environments.Experienced in managing sizeable workforces and stakeholder relationships across multiple business units.Degree in Commerce, Business, or Strategy (engineering qualifications preferred).Contract and supplier management expertise with a focus on value delivery.Strong program and project management capabilities.Knowledge of CASA regulations, including Parts 42 and 145, is highly desirable.Please note:The Qantas Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
