This role is responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing strategy, while overseeing all marketing, communications and public relations activity. Key responsibilities include:Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth across multiple business units.Deliver market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new market opportunities.Align sales and marketing functions through targeted lead generation, content support, and CRM-driven customer journey optimisation.Develop and manage strategies for sponsorships, branding, advertising and thought leadership to position Colliers Otago as a market leader.Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and identify high-value opportunities including national and international market activations.Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with company priorities.Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives and cost per lead.Oversee external agency relationships and contracts, including advertising negotiations and supplier management.About You:Youre a strategic marketing leader who can bring fresh thinking and has the ability to turn ideas into results. Previous Real Estate experience isnt a must; however, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly get up to speed in new industries.
