THE ROLEWere on the hunt for a savvy Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Growthbuilt team and drive our talent attraction strategy to help us betheplace to work in construction!This is a true business partnering role, where you will work closely with our leadership team and project teams on all their resourcing needs. This means becoming their go-to on all things talent attraction, resource planning and retention, while ensuring the best candidate experience possible.Whilst you''ll be part of our growing team of 4, you will be autonomous in the recruitment process, so you''ll be hands-on and happy to handle your own admin.
