We are seeking experiencedMechanical Leading Handsto support our supervisors in delivering safe and efficient maintenance across our newly built fixed plant processing facility.This is a hands-on trade role with the added responsibility of providing day-to-day leadership, coordination and support to our Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers and Lubrication Technicians. This is a permanent opportunity working an 8/6:7/7 FIFO roster from Perth across rotating day and night shifts, you''ll play a key role in ensuring our team hits its targets and maintains a strong safety and performance culture.Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs on fixed plant and infrastructure.Assisting in the coordination of daily work tasks and schedules.Mentoring and supporting tradespeople and apprentices to build a high-performing team.Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety and operational procedures.Leading by example in safety, housekeeping, and waste minimisation.Supporting the Maintenance Supervisors with communication, handovers and troubleshooting.About YouMechanical Trade Certificate with extensive experience in fixed plant maintenance.Strong leadership capability ideally with previous Leading Hand or acting-up experience.Confident in fault finding, diagnostics and guiding others in technical problem-solving.A strong safety mindset and the ability to lead by example.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong team relationships.Able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and hold/obtain a National Police Clearance.Why LiontownLiontown Resources is a leading ASX-listed provider of responsible battery minerals, driving the clean energy revolution.
