Your leadership and expertise will help drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Key responsibilities include:Financial Control & Reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS, AASB, and internal policies. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Process Improvement & Automation Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting processes, systems, and workflows. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Leadership & Team Development Manage and mentor the financial controlling team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide training and professional development opportunities.Internal Controls & Compliance Establish and maintain strong internal controls. Collaborate with auditors and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.YOUR TALENTWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a results-driven finance professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
