You will be part of a dedicated and energetic team where you are willing to learn.The role requires the successful candidate to be a true leader and lead by example in all aspects of the project installation. This involves but is not limited to the management of your team to deliver on installation projects in a range of height safety products including: Access platforms, Ladder systems, Abseil Monorail systems, Anchor Points, Static Lines, Walkways, Handrails and Hatches to a variety of buildings on existing buildings and construction sites.Be part of a team that works on some of Australias landmark developments and brag about to family and friends every time you pass by!Desired Criteria:Previous experience in the installation of height safety products and the knowledge of applicable Australian Standards highly regardedExperience in Metal Roofing highly regardedBe a true leader and lead by exampleProven 1-2 years experience in leading, motivating and maintaining an energetic and safe work environmentBe able to read and interpret plans and drawingsAbility to work to a timelineHave current drivers licenseA construction trade background (white card essential)Have a safety first mindsetAbility to review SWMS and advise on WHS risksExperience in working at heightsDemonstrated quality driven workIf you love to succeed and are keen to work within an open, collaborative environment we would love to hear from you.
