Job Description

The Head of Technology Transformation will play a pivotal role in leading Sarah & Sebastians data & technology transformation, including managing the organisational changes associated with new system implementations.You will be responsible for reviewing the companys current systems and overseeing the implementation of new systems that support business operations, growth ambitions, and international expansion. This role requires you to lead the design and execution of a new systems architecture that enhances operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.Additionally, you will provide ad hoc systems support and ensure ongoing updates to system documentation and processes to reflect Business As Usual (BAU) operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a new technology stack and software architecture.Lead the technology transformation, including replacement of ERP, POS, Finance and other software & supporting systems.Oversee the data transformation strategy and ensure data integrity.Document functional requirements and process maps for existing and new systems.Provide day-to-day systems troubleshooting and support.Apply change management principles for smooth adoption of new systems.Advise on and implement cybersecurity measures.Report regularly to the CEO and Executive team.About You:Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in a vertically operated retail business.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.10-15 years of experience in IT management, (eg CIO / Head of IT or similar leadership role).Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management and data protection practices.Experience in implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.Aligned with our brands core values:MAKING WAVES: Push boundaries, challenge the norm, and innovate.ACT WITH PRECISION: Deliver with attention to detail and consistency.INSPIRE COMMUNITY: Lead with collaboration, inclusivity, and shared success.PROTECT WHAT IS PRECIOUS: Be an advocate for sustainability and ocean conservation.What You Will Receive:Generous salary package and staff benefitsA complimentary SOLDERED braceletBirthday leaveFree Employee Assistance Program - AcaciaThe opportunity to work for a company that is committed to raising awareness & funds to protect our oceans through the Xanthe project.About usEstablished in 2012, SARAH & SEBASTIAN is a conceptual fine jewellery studio, crafting new natural icons, engineered to inspire.
