BY FRANCE Pty Ltd is a multi award winning barber shop set within an exquisite heritage building in Sydneys CBD. We offer premium hairdressing services and pride ourselves on our high level of skill and expertise. A haircut by BY FRANCE is recognisable, even on the streets for those who have experienced the service and its particular details. We are looking for an experienced and talented hairdresser to join our growing team of professionals. You must have confidence in your skills, an excellent knowledge of hairdressing techniques and a commitment to exceptional customer service. SKILLS: You must have an excellent knowledge and command of all aspects of hairdressing including short and long style cuts, shaving, beard shaping and trimming Ability to assess and recommend haircut styles based on clients instructions, hair type and facial features Conducting personalised hair health consultations and sharing your expertise with clients to achieve their dreams looks Confidence in using a variety of professional products, including shampoos, and tools to maximise results and outcomes Excellent client consultation and communications skills Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of hair care and styling Punctual with great time-management skills Ability to adapt, react and take-on client feedback and requests, building lasting relationships through premium service experience Passion for hairdressing and staying at the forefront of trends We are not looking to train someone for this position so you must have demonstrated experience in a similar high-level salon. You must be professional, and take pride in your appearance and your work. We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum for the right candidate. Please note that this is a permanent and full-time position.
