The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, developing and improving an array of complex administrative, research support, and organisational functions to support the Alliance Directors and the Flinders Ageing Research Alliance.This role is also responsible for:Advising Alliance Members in relation to competitive research grant opportunities and development of high-quality applications.Assisting with the administration of research grants pre- and post-award, including budget planning, personnel appointments, and contract reviews, to facilitate prompt project initiation.Providing executive support for the Alliance leadership and committees, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes and undertaking follow-up work as required.Please refer to the attached position description, for a comprehensive list of roles and responsibilities.About Research Development and SupportResearch Development and Support (RDS) works with Flinders researchers, Colleges, Centres and Institutes, other portfolios, and external stakeholders to proactively support our research.
