Youll ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions are kept to our high standards - to make sure your kitchen is always running smoothly.Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebudsTaking ownership for your workstation keeping on top of supplies, equipment and wasteDevelop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback - recognise good performanceBeing cleaner than clean to meet or exceed HACCP requirementsHelping with washing up and other kitchen duties where neededTaking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team playerWhat We need from you:Qualified Completion of your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalentMust hold a current Safe Food Handling CertificationArticulate a great communicator, youll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk toYour problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guests leaves with great memoriesThe flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shiftsExperienced 2 years experience as a chef supervisory expereince is beneficialWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
