Join us as a Treatment Coordinator at The University of Western AustraliaWe are seeking applications for a Treatment Coordinator at UWA Dental School, located at the state-of-the-art Oral Health Centre (OHCWA). This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months.Position DetailsFull-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.Base salary range: $74,450 $79,085 per annum plus 17% superannuation.Laundry and uniform allowances may apply.About The AreaThe OHCWA offers tertiary training in dentistry and provides dental services to the public, ensuring students have access to a diverse patient pool to develop their skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide dental reception duties and administrative support at OHCWA.About YouYear 12 or equivalent competency.Recent experience in a dental/medical reception environment, including maintaining electronic patient records.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Competency in handling cash, cheques, EFTPOS payments, and strong numeracy skills.Progress towards or completion of a dental/medical receptionist qualification.Additional InformationFor more details, contact Freda Smith at freda.smith@uwa.edu.au.
