Your work will directly support social inclusion, creativity, wellbeing, and community connection.This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship-building, program coordination, community engagement, and working collaboratively.Build connections between residents, local communities, and service providers to foster social participation and inclusionDesign and deliver creative, health-based, and skills development programs tailored to resident needsRecruit volunteers and establish partnerships with external agenciesCollaborate on reports, grants, budgets, and evaluationsCollect and analyse program data to inform improvements and meet reporting requirementsApply Housing First principles, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented practicesContribute to continuous improvement through training, reflective practice, and team learningAbout The TeamThe Customer Services division is central to delivering responsive, resident-focused services that foster safe, inclusive, and supportive housing communities. We design and implement housing services that prioritise resident wellbeing, accessibility, and satisfaction, utilising customer insights to inform continuous improvement. It ensures residents receive personalised support aligned with their diverse needs, enhancing quality of life and community connection.Skills and Experiences:About YouYou will have:Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community development, human services, or a related fieldExperience delivering community programs or partnerships in housing, human services, or a similar sectorExcellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skillsKnowledge of strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centred practicesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaborativelyYou must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
