Its where done is better than perfect because rapid iteration and moving quickly produces a better result for our customers.Your TeamThis role sits within the Payments, Fraud & Scams Crew which is responsible for the strategy, customer experience, product, financial and risk management of Bankwests payment mechanisms. The Fraud and Scams team is specifically focused on reducing the impact of fraud and scams on our customers by ensuring we have the strategy and capability to maximise prevention and minimise customer losses.Do work that mattersThe Process Manager, Fraud and Scams will report directly to the Executive Manager, Fraud Delivery. This role is integral to improving and transforming the processes that delivers improved customer experiences in an ever-evolving fraud and scams landscape. You will provide analytical and coordination support and work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and execute process improvements.On any given week you willUnderstand the business and your stakeholders so you can deliver outcomes that really matter to our customers and support the prevention of scams and fraudLead workshops and working groups with stakeholders across multiple lines of businessIdentify areas of improvement and confidently present these insights in an accessible manner to your stakeholdersProvide analytical support for process and compliance reviewsCo-ordinate and support the uplift of processes, guidelines, creative content, and education and awareness campaigns for our customers and our colleaguesProvide coordination and administrative support in governance forumsDevelop regular business and performance reportingKey support to Executive Manager with the adaptability to manage adhoc requestsWe Are Interested To Hear From People Who HaveA positive and self-starter attitudePractical and pre-emptive approach to problem solvingAbility to work autonomously, and in a team environmentProven analytical capability to drive insights and recommendations for business improvementInfluential and confident stakeholder management skillsOutcome focussed, with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the end goalFront line process / Change Management experience (Highly desirable)You can be you, we want the real people beneath the skill set.
