This will give you a taste of the type of things you''ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At The Moment, This Role Is Focused OnContributing to the design and build of our user support GenAI platform.Developing scalable AI solutions to enable other teams within Canva.Building key user-facing features for "Ask Canva," our AI-powered support chatbot.Driving incremental improvements to our AI platform and backend integration.Working closely with ML Engineers to introduce cutting-edge AI capabilities.Deeply integrating AI systems with Canva''s ecosystem to better support users.Presenting opportunities in AI for the team to explore and implement.You''re Probably a Match If You HaveYou have experience working with some of the tools in our frontend stack - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, MobX, etc.An interest in GenAI, LLMs, and AI-driven customer support solutions.Pragmatic problem-solving skills and a passion for collaborative development.The ability to work in cross-functional teams, especially with ML Engineers.A love for solving complex problems and leveraging AI to enhance user experiences.A continuous learning mindset, particularly in AI and ML technologies.About The TeamThe AI Help Platform team builds AI platforms and products to provide the best user support possible.
