Our expanding, dynamic team delivers industry leading solutions to clients all around the globe that combine process design, engineering design, training, commissioning, and ongoing support for the life of their projects.We are seeking a Senior IS&T Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane on a 6-month fixed contract. In this role you will lead the role out of key systems in Training, Engineering and Document Management. Engaging internal and external stakeholders to build human centric systems. This role will be responsible for forming project teams, scoping business needs, managing the customization of platforms, migration, rollout, training and moving the business through the change management process.You will be responsible for:Leading the successful implementation of the M-Files Document Management System and transitioning our AUTOCAD drawing management system to a cloud environmentManage the scoping, build, migration and adoption of systems including necessary integrations with existing architectureEngage cross functional teams and external contractors to form and lead project teamsWork within the intercompany global governance structure for IT systems and dataDeliver successful projects within agreed timeframes, budget and quality standards, whilst minimising business disruptionEnable informed decision making on project issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions on progress, risks, issues and actions for project stakeholdersCreate change management plans for each system roll out to support the business through the change and to inform all impacted stakeholdersDevise a regular cadence of communications to the business to inform on key milestones, encourage engagement and feedbackResponsible for ensuring adequate training in new systems and provide post go live supportResponsible for the documentation necessary for the rolloutTo be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary degree or industry certified qualification in one of the following subject areas/ related fields: Information Systems and Technology or Project Management+8 years of relevant experienceExperience in Project management of enterprise-wide systems with demonstrated ability to oversee the delivery of projects on time, on budgetStrong knowledge of M365 applications, SharePoint online, APIs and databases.
