Exciting opportunity to advance your career into consultancy in a Permanent Full Time Role with an established Aged Care Consultancy Company!Health Generation is an Aged Care Consultancy company established for over 6 years. We act as a primary support mechanism for residential Aged Care organisations nationally offering tailored services to help solve their toughest challenges.Our model allows us to employ Clinical Consultants (RNs) on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday business hours. With a supportive culture, comprehensive onboarding, training and ongoing development, this role gives RNs broad exposure and experience, tackling new challenges each week while advancing their careers in aged care quickly.This role requires extensive weekly travel nationally, leaving on a Monday and returning on the Friday each week. Suit individuals located within 100km of metropolitan airport.The Clinical Consultant Level 2 will travel to our client''s facilities and provide expertise in:Funding (AN-ACC) maximising funding outcomes for our clients using Health Generation field-tested knowledge, processes and tools to diagnose funding misalignments and risks.Care Planning supporting our clients with the writing or review of care plans to ensure alignment with the standards and high level and quality care.Locum Work working onsite with our clients in a Senior RN, Clinical Coordinator or Care Manager capacity. Working only Monday to Friday business hours.QI Companion supporting our clients with the collation, analysis and reporting of the mandatory National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program.About YouAHPRA Registered Nurse with 2 years experience in an aged care residential setting.Experience in or exposure to ACFI/AN-ACC Funding models.Experience in or exposure to Quality Indicator Reporting or experience with skin assessments, wound review and management and experience in or eagerness to conduct resident surveys.Ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis, leaving on a Monday and returning on a Friday.You are an analytical and critical thinker who is a problem solver with a can-do attitude.You have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) including active listening.You have exposure to the Aged Care Quality Standards and appetite to keep up with the changes to the industry.You hold a full, open and current Australian Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle for engagements that are local or in reasonable driving distance.You hold a current valid and current Australian National Police Check and a NDIS Workers Screening or a willingness to obtain both.You have an up-to-date immunisation record.You are competent in the use of Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Full working rights within Australia.Benefits & PerksAchieve work/life balance Monday to Friday only (no nights).A generous living away from home allowance for weekday nights away from home.Attractive reimbursements for uber/taxi travel to and from airport or towards airport parking.Own your FF points See Australia!Provided with company laptop and other equipment to support your engagements.Mobile Phone Allowance.Monthly wellness stipend available (gym passes, monthly massage etc. your choice!).Have your Birthday off or take time off in lieu.Ongoing development and education (CPD accrual via our affiliations).Unlock exclusive discounts and cashback through Swag your perks, your way!If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please APPLY NOW #J-18808-Ljbffr
