Join a team that''s at the forefront of transforming the accounting industry.Your new roleYour new role as an Administration Assistant you will join a fantastic team located in the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of a robust firm responsible for duties not limited to:Welcome clients and manage front desk reception, including phone and email communicationsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveriesAssist with ASIC lodgements and maintain compliance recordsPerform basic bookkeeping tasks using XeroProvide administrative support to the Practice Manager and accounting teamPrepare client packs via FuseDocs and follow-up documents using FuseSignLiaise with clients regarding queries and outstanding documentationProcess client payments and manage invoicing and receipting in XeroAssist with debtor management and account follow-upsMaintain accurate and organised electronic filing systemsLiaise with the Australian Taxation Office as requiredEnsure the office and kitchen areas are clean and presentableAssist with client onboarding and offboarding processesContribute to general administrative duties and team support as neededWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environmentProficiency with Xero; experience with FuseDocs and FuseSign is desirableStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDiscretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationWhat you''ll get in returnIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy:Collaborative and supportive team culture.Attractive salary packageSpace to apply and enhance existing skillsOpportunities for ongoing professional development and trainingWhat you need to do nowTanya Murray is currently recruiting this exciting permanent opportunity so if this sounds like the role you have been looking for and hold all the above requirements, apply ASAP via the link.
