Respect also has home care services in multiple states, and more than 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities.About the RoleWe''re seeking a detail-oriented and approachable Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Alcheringa facility. In this pivotal front-line role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.Your responsibilities will include:Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and teamAnswering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiriesMaintaining accurate records and resident documentationAssisting with rostering, data entry, and compliance reportingSupporting staff onboarding and HR administrationEnsuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficientlyWhat Were Looking ForProven experience in administration, preferably in aged care, health, or community servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systemsA positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with empathyRequirementsPrevious experience requiredMinimum Certificate of Education or equivalent.Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Working Rights in AustraliaTech savvy, ability to learn new systems i.e., CRM AlayaCare, 3CXFriendly, warm, and welcoming attitudeStrong customer service skills, empathetic phone manner to manage calls from our aging communityWhy Join Respect Aged Care?At Respect, were proud to be a not-for-profit, values-based organisation with over 100 years of experience caring for older Australians.
