We represent top Aussie talent, tour exceptional international artists, and manage some of the most iconic event brands on the planet.The PerksHybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFHWork alongside passionate creatives in a fast-growing, fun teamAn opportunity to work end-to-end from concept to delivery on exciting event productsAbout the RoleReporting to the General Manager of Events, youll take the reins on the marketing of domestic and international tours, festivals, and large-scale events - from strategy to execution. You''ll be supported by a Marketing Coordinator and work closely with event managers, creatives, agencies, and PR teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of strategic, data-driven marketing and PR campaignsPlan and execute all pre/on-sale activity for events and toursManage marketing budgets and reporting across multiple brands and eventsOversee marketing execution across digital, social, CRM, PR, and contentCollaborate with internal teams and external partners (ticketing, PR, digital agencies)Lead campaign meetings and ensure proactive delivery of marketing activityMonitor performance and optimise campaigns using real-time insights and analyticsDrive branding and in-venue experience strategiesWhat Were Looking For5+ years marketing experience, preferably in music, entertainment, or eventsStrong understanding of the full marketing mix - social, digital, PR, CRM, and creativeProven track record in end-to-end campaign delivery and budget managementExperience managing contractors (designers, videographers, PR agencies)Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsBasic graphic design and video editing skillsA love for music and events, and the energy that comes with them!How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and interest in the position tohuman.resources@tmrw.com.au.
