The friendly faces who greet customers on the ground, youll love creating memorable airport experiences. Youll be equally committed to safety, making sure things run smoothly and on time. Based at domestic and international airports throughout the Jetstar network, our Airport Crew are the guardians of compliance, looking after policies and procedures like customer service standards and check-in also Customs, Immigration and Quarantine rules. As a Customer Service Officer, youll pass on the good vibes to our customers. Youll love helping people almost as much as you love travelling and working in a team. As the first friendly face to greet our flyers, youll be making sure everyone is checked in, tackling all types of curly questions, supporting specific needs even boarding flights. And youll always bring a sense of fun and energy as customers takeoff. As a Cabin Baggage Officer, youll be a confident communicator who works with our team on the ground, making the boarding gates your new office. There to educate our customers and help them get going, youll weigh and measure luggage, and charge fees for bags on the heavy side. Youll remain calm under pressure and bring your professional A-game to all interactions. You dont need any aviation experience to apply.
