Full-time Veterinary Receptionist required! An opportunity has become available to join our wonderful reception team at Taylor Vets. As a Veterinary Receptionist you must be efficient, able to multitask and able to work as part of a team in a busy, fast paced environment. An example of duties would include answering phones, taking payments both over the phone and in practice, allocating client accounts, cashing up daily takings, transferring patient histories, cleaning of surgery/consult rooms, making up prescriptions, booking appointments, educating all clients about practice services eg. actively promoting Pet Health Club and pet insurance. Most importantly of all you should have the ability to provide excellent customer service. Admin-based skills would be advantageous due to the nature of the business, but not essential as full training will be provided. You will be required at work at our other practices in Cathkin, East Kilbride, Clarkston and Shedden. About The Rota And Salary This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday. There will also be Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
