About Your New Role As the Coordinator of the Community Facilities Asset Management and Compliance team, you will set, deliver, monitor, and adjust asset strategies across the portfolios lifecycle. You will collaborate across the organisation, influencing strategic direction, and setting strategy for your team. We''re Looking For People Who Have Bachelor Degree of Engineering or similar (Mechanical Engineer, Town Planning, Construction Management, Trade Certificate)5 years in Asset Management, team leadership, developing and managing budgets, interpreting and analysing dataExperience in providing strategic and tactical leadership in the delivery of asset lifecycle management, in accordance ISO55001, maturity targets, and the statutory environmentExperience in the development and delivery of asset management plans, strategies, and policies to improve asset lifecycle managementHigh level of SAP CMMS experience or other IoT and SaaS applicationsHighly developed time management skills and the ability to deal with competing prioritiesExcellent customer service skills for both internal and external clients, providing technical and strategic advice articulating asset management concepts and outcomes to various stakeholders.
