About the role We are seeking a full-time Production Operator to join our team at P Costi and Sons Pty Ltd in Loxton, South Australia. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products. What you''ll be doing Operating production machinery, including calibrating equipment to monitoring gauges, making adjustments as required. Set up cleaning and maintenance schedules to prevent problems by keeping machine in food working order. Inspect finished products, take samples and undertake product quality control. Prepare products for dispatch.
