About the Roles: Workshop Manager (Full-Time): Supervise, diagnose, and repair vehicles, manage the day-to-day operation. Consistent with Australian Consumer Law quote, diagnose, undertake, and charge for mechanical repairs within the competency of a light vehicle mechanical tradesperson. Administrator (Part-Time): Provide administrative support, manage records, and handle customer inquiries. Flex up to full time for the right person and assist the store. Ideal for Couples: One full-time mechanic and one part-time administrator could flex up to full time if prepared to work in the store. Location: Lajamanu, a Warlpiri community on the edge of the Tanami Desert. Facilities include a post office, library, recreation centre, school, police station, health clinic, and a shop with fuel and necessities. Skills & Experience: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent. Manage and operate a successful workshop. Experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with electronic stock control and invoicing systems. NT C class driver''s license or ability to obtain.
