The Role: Best&Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Mildura, VIC store. As an integral member of the Mildura Bestie team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a ''down to earth'' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together! Your day will consist of: Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers Together with your team, create the Bestie culture in store Bringing the ''Bestie'' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor Ensure the store is tidy and well presented About you: Passionate about the customer experience Have a positive attitude we can teach the rest!
