Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Demonstrate superior relationship management skills - as the primary point of contact for Clevvis portfolio of clients. Enhance and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, key stakeholders, partners and the Clevvi team. Investigate and understand clients'' business goals and ICT needs to provide tailored solutions - become a ''trusted advisor''. Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell appropriate Clevvi''s ICT services to existing clients. Collaborate with the management team and contribute to company growth and review, develop and implement account management strategies and wider Clevvi strategic plans. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account management. Technical Understanding: Gain a solid understanding of Clevvi''s ICT service offerings, including managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and software development. Able to articulate the business benefits of technical solutions in an understandable manner for business or operational improvements for clients. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client solutions are effectively delivered and assist with pricing solutions Project Management: Maintain primary contact with clients and coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of ICT projects. Monitor to ensure timely project progress and proactively work with technical and project teams to address any issues or concerns. Ensure client satisfaction through effective regular communication and oversight of project execution. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account activities in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot). Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and client satisfaction. Contribute to the development of case studies and testimonials showcasing Clevvi''s success stories. Experience/Qualifications Essential: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the ICT industry. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of the Australian ICT market and industry trends. Desirable: Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Technical certifications in relevant ICT areas (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, Amazon Web Services). Industry or professional experience in sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, enterprise businesses, or government.
