About the position The Branch Coordination Officer provides support, oversight and assurance in achieving quality outcomes across a range of matters to support the Branch Manager and Principals. Activities include but are not limited to undertaking complex research, analysis and translation of concepts into engaging outcomes for identified audiences as well as contributing knowledge in the establishment of processes and procedures. This position will work under general direction. The salary range for this position is $81,856.93 - $87,550.25 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely advice in a helpful and supportive manner to support project objectives and influence others. Excellent oral and written communication and numeracy skills, and a sound level of interpersonal skills in order to communicate and provide specialist advice. Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to plan and organise own work, and the work of others, to achieve set and agreed performance and service standards. Demonstrated ability to set outcomes and further develop work methods. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to provide specialist advice, and apply knowledge of relevant procedures, policies and activities. Demonstrated experience in undertaking and monitoring project activities including the development and implementation of systems and processes relevant to the work area. High level of knowledge and skill in the operation of Microsoft suite of applications. Understanding of and commitment to Councils Organisational Values and Behaviours of Honesty, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork, and Safety and Wellbeing.
