Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include Monitoring of Fish health Daily feeding and quality checks Disease management All logistical aspects of the farm and restocking Harvesting of Salmon roe Live transport of fish to market Hatchery management/maintenance Supervision of staff Monitoring of screens, oxygen and temperatures EPA compliance record keeping Skills required: Forklift and Backhoe operation Fish milking, including using anesthetics Fire arms licence is required Manufacturing caviar from salmon roe First aid officer PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
