Ongoing training and development career opportunities Free roadside assistance, discounted insurance & lots more staff benefits Full Time Position A day in the life The Gardener/Horticulturist is responsible for maintaining the gardens and revegetation areas surrounding the property (including the golf course) at RACV Cape Schanck Resort. This will be achieved by carrying out work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, in order to enhance the members, visitors and guests experience and ensure the appropriate quality and level of service is provided at all times. Were offering Competitive salary Ongoing training and career developing opportunities Highly supportive, fun, and energetic team culture What we''re looking for Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture Time management skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness around the Resort by performing general duties Ability to prioritise tasks with consideration to OHS requirements Show high attention to detail Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member and effective communication Carrying out work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, in order to enhance the members, visitors and guests experience and ensure the appropriate quality and level of service is provided at all times RACV Cape Schanck is open 7 days week. Our golf course maintenance team work 38 hours per week. Shift time are Monday-Thursday 6.00am-2pm, Friday 6.00am-12.00pm and one rotating weekend (Saturday & Sunday morning) per month. Availability to work these hours is required.
