As the independent regulator of Australian aged care services, we offer various roles across most capital cities. Major reforms are underway to enhance aged care in Australia, and you will contribute to safeguarding older Australians receiving aged care services. About the Team The Provider and Worker Risk section, under the Regulatory Operating Model, combines teams focused on assessing worker behavior and provider compliance with the Aged Care Code of Conduct. About the Role Investigators Code of Conduct handle case management and investigations related to worker conduct and provider compliance. Responsibilities include conducting enquiries, preparing reports, and escalating serious issues for further action. Key Duties Review and analyze intelligence to identify trends in worker conduct or provider compliance. Perform risk assessments and recommend actions. Manage enquiries and casework, referring serious issues appropriately. Draft reports and documentation for case closures or escalations. Manage priorities and communicate effectively within the team. Support responses to internal and external enquiries and develop support materials. Provide secretariat support, including organizing meetings and monitoring communications. Foster positive working relationships within the section and the broader Commission. Salary is between $86,204 $93,226 per year, plus 15.4% superannuation.
