Additional services include Mental Health, Alcohol and other Drugs Service, Oral Health, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and outreach/community-based facilities, as well as a Primary Health Care Centre located at Boyne Valley.About the role:A Clinical Facilitator Grade 6 (1) is a Registered Nurse (RN) who:provides nursing services in health service settings; andis responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care education andRequired to work a rotating roster inclusive of all shifts and weekends.The activities required of roles at this level are predominantly clinical in nature, but also may provide support to a Nurse Grade 7 or above in managementThe CF follows defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe, practice and services and workplaces.About you:Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).A relevant postgraduate certificate or post graduate diploma is an expectation of this position.
