Join us and bring your skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to BallyCara - where every day is an opportunity to connect, contribute, and celebrate community.Key Responsibilities:Personalised Therapy: Provide tailored therapy to help elderly clients engage in meaningful activities and improve their quality of life.Collaboration: Work alongside the Senior Health Practitioner to develop and implement individual care plans.Client Assessments: Evaluate clients physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to support their independence.Education & Support: Empower clients and their families with guidance to manage care independently.Community Engagement: Travel within the community using your own car to deliver therapy services to clients at home and in local settings.Skills and Experiences:What Were Looking For:Qualifications & Registration: Relevant qualifications and registration as an Occupational Therapist.Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Community Occupational Therapist.Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.Passion for Aged Care: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of elderly individuals.Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across different locations.Clearances: Current National Police Check or ability to obtain one.COVID-19 Vaccinations: Minimum of 2 COVID vaccinationsApply Now!We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
