You should be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills, actively involved in the delivery and management through all design and planning stages. This role suits a sales professional with knowledge of the new homes process. The position is based at our new Display Home in Kialla and includes some weekend work on a rotating roster.Role & Responsibilities:Meet sales targets to ensure smooth business operationsGreet clients and introduce them to the Display HomeDiscuss budgets, specifications, and ideas with clientsCommunicate timelines effectively and present designsUpdate and modify designs based on client feedbackCoordinate sales and design from concept to full construction documentation within deadlinesLiaise with external consultants for a seamless design and construction processMaintain documentation and update the CRM systemAssist with business development effortsMinimum Requirements:Some experience in new home sales, orA sales background with willingness to upskill in sales knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProficiency in computer and smartphone skillsExperience with CRM systemsApplication Instructions:This role offers a wage and commission package.
