The Operating Division includes Qube Logistics and Infrastructure, and Qube Ports and Bulk.About The RoleThis role primarily focuses on maintaining the operational readiness and servicing of our modern fleet of Prime movers, earthmoving equipment, and all mechanical equipment, ensuring they are operational, maintained, and repaired as needed in accordance with requirements.Position:Accounts Payable OfficerLocation:Outer Harbor, SAStatus:Full timeDuties:Support the Finance Manager and operational divisions with administrative duties.Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and promptly.Set up customers correctly in the system.Capture all value-added services prior to invoicing.Collaborate with Line Managers and Admin teams to understand job categories and client requirements.Perform data entry, filing, and prepare adhoc reports.Collect client information and follow up with clients and debtors.Assist with invoicing and payroll calculations.Support with balance sheets and accounts.Assist and support accounts payable and receivable processes and take necessary actions.Support payroll functions as required.Work as part of a team across all business sections.Act in accordance with company and legislative SHE requirements, promoting safe work practices across all departments.About You:Proficient in computer systems with a quick learning ability.Reliable team player with a positive attitude.Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Committed to safe work practices and compliance.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Flexible with strong business acumen.Relevant tertiary education (preferred, not required).Experience in finance (preferred).Benefits:Up to 50% off on gyms, studios, activewear, healthy meals, supplements, recovery, and more via the Qube Fit program.Discounted health insurance.Paid leave for volunteering activities.Unlimited access to employee assistance programs.Generous paid parental leave for eligible employees.Ongoing learning, development, and training opportunities.Qube values diversity and inclusivity.
