This role plays a key part in fostering collaboration and driving improvement initiatives across Pluto onshore and offshore operations. If youre organized, adaptable, and ready to make a difference, this is the job for you.Position: Administration AssistantLocation: PerthProject: PlutoIndicative Term of Contract: 6 months - possible to extendAbout The RoleProvides essential administrative support to the Pluto Asset Manager, their direct reports, and their teams.Supports the broader Pluto onshore and offshore teams as required.Plays a critical role in facilitating collaboration within the asset teams to achieve business objectives.Supports the identification and delivery of improvement initiatives across Pluto, including contributions to the wider Pluto Scarborough Business Unit where applicable.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level support to the Asset Manager, including monitoring diary, tasks, filing, and pre-read.Coordinate Lead team meetings.Assist in the preparation of the Business Plan, I&D calendar, RAP, and VMBs.Act as the SharePoint Focal Point.Manage workshops.Support reward and recognition processes and catering for Pluto personnel (letters, vouchers, catering).Handle management meetings and administrative tasks.Serve as the SAP administrator, including creating purchase requisitions, service entry creation, and manual payments.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 23 years of administrative support experience within a large organisation (Oil and Gas preferred).Advanced organisational skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advanced communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a changing environment.Ability to perform the role unsupervised.Capability to multitask and set priorities.Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
