A natural leader, youll support and guide a multitalented team of engagement, marketing, operations and technical professionals and be ready to advocate for new opportunities that elevate arts and culture across East GippslandKey responsibilities include:Delivery of Councils Culture and Creativity StrategyManagement of grant funding from various sourcesOversee operations, budget and programming for the Forge TheatreLead and develop your teamBuild relationships with major stakeholders in state and federal government as well as industry groups and local practitionersAdvocate for new opportunities and resourcesEast Gippsland offers an amazing opportunity to live and work in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
