You will be an integral part of a small, effective & multi-cultural team, working side-by-side with an experienced Farm Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations at the Laidley Rearing Farm.As the Rearing Farm Assistant Manager (2IC), you will support the Farm Manager in operating a modern 6-shed poultry rearing farm in Laidley. This role offers development opportunities for future Farm Managers. The position reports directly to the Farm Manager.The poultry industry maintains strict bio-security and animal welfare standards. All employees are restricted from keeping pet birds, poultry, and pigs, and from residing with others involved in poultry or pig farming/hunting.
