TOIL and additional mileage allowances are provided for further travel.Overnight Allowance On occasions where work takes you away for more than a day.ResponsibilitiesConducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliationDispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy productsCoordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and dischargeDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patientsSupporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employeesEducating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the quality use of medicinesShift InformationMonday to Friday with rotational on-call and weekend shifts.
