Take your career to a new dimension at MYOB.The Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager is a critical role in setting the strategy and managing operational performance of the Customer Acquisition team. They will lead the monthly, weekly and daily performance rhythms to achieve subscription growth objectives across all major channels. This role is also directly accountable for the digital marketing channel, managing a team of digital marketing professionals.About The RoleCollaborate with GM Acquisition Strategy and Marketing to develop a cross-channel acquisition strategy.Understand cost and growth drivers across channels to optimise volume and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Develop and maintain short, mid, and long-term forecasts with Channel Owners, Finance, and Data teams.Evaluate the commercial viability of tactical initiatives and distill insights into impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional planning to address gaps in business targets.Lead weekly acquisition performance reporting, synthesising key trends and insights.Lead the Digital Marketing team including commercial oversight of digital media strategy and supporting team members in managing strategic vendor relationships.Ensure MYOB has exceptional digital marketing capability through continuous optimisation and successful implementation of our ongoing Digital maturity programChampion team engagement through personal development, coaching, and goal enablement.About YouNatural ability to problem solve, enjoys understanding complex problems and hypothesising potential solutionsCurious and insights-led towards driving commercial outcomes.
